Note to all traders and exhibitors: For 2025 we will only be accepting entries for both days. Do not apply if you cannot commit to the full weekend. Please read the terms and conditions in the application carefully.

We are full on camping behind pitches for traders. If you want to apply, you may do so but must either be a non camping or be willing to camp in the exhibitor camping section.

A Craft Marquee will not be provided. All exhibitors are expected to bring their own gazebo/structure.

MSVS Team reserves the right to close entries early and without warning.

Your application does not entitle automatic entry.
