About the show

Marston Steam & Vintage Show-9.JPG

Starting Life as a 30th Birthday Party 3 years ago with a selection of steam engines and tractors, it steadily grew into something more than a party attracting over 400 friends and family. In 2022 passing public were trying to get into the gate to see what was happening.

It was at this point where we had to decide whether or not to close the party and no longer continue with it or open it up to the general public for them to enjoy. After several meetings with the Local Village (Marston Trussell), the Council, Police, Highways and Insurance Companies we decided to go ahead and hold the first ever Marston Steam & Vintage Show.

The 2023 event was a huge success and attracted in excess of 2000 people over the weekend, 20 full size Steam Engines, 10 miniatures, 30+ Tractors, Cars and Motorbikes, 30+ Trade, Charity and Craft Stalls. We also had Traditional Steam Threshing and Stone Crushing, an Old-Time fun fair, Arena Displays, Beer Tent and live entertainment. We managed to raise over £100 for Riding for the Disabled and the Tea Tent raised in excess of £1200 for local community initiatives.

For 2024 we hope to expand on the success of 2023's show and have public camping, a more accessible carpark and expanding our offering of children's entertainment and wider range of vintage vehicles. Head over to News and Updates to keep up to date and follow us on Facebook and Instagram.

We look forward to seeing you!
